Prelep kolač sa aromom narandže…ko sme da kaže da posno ne može da bude ukusno ?

Sastojci

Za testo

450 g brasna

1 kasika sode bikarbone

200 g secera

1 smrznuta narandza

350 ml kisele vode

70 ml ulja

Za fil

200 g secera

100 ml vode

1 van secer

80g kokos

100g mlevenog keksa

2 kasike dzema od kajsija

Za glazuru

100g cokolade

malo ulja

Priprema

Brasno izmesati sa sodom bikarboom, dodati secer.Narandzu narendati i dodati u brasno.Sipati kiselu vodu i ulje.Peci u podmazan pleh na 200 stepeni.

Secer i vodu prokuvati, dodati keks, kokos i dzem.Vruc fil premazati preko toplog kolaca.Mazati brzo jer se fil brzo steze )))

Preliti cokoladom.
